Yes. For 10 minutes after the first closure, you can reopen your locker if you forgot something inside. After that, a new booking will be required.

Yes. We have a video surveillance system, and the lockers are hard to break into. Your luggage is safe.
Unfortunately, bookings are non-refundable. Once payment is processed, your locker reservation is confirmed.
You can pay with credit cards directly at the storage. Alternatively, you can complete everything online through the website.
